Shipping

All orders are hand picked and lovingly packed and shipped by me in Richmond, Melbourne. If you have any questions or concerns, please email me on info@moinsestplus.com.au.

All orders will endeavour to be shipped the following business day, and you will receive a confirmation of shipping email. We use Australia Post as our shipping provider. You can track your items here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

 

Due to COVID-19 the quickest and safest way for you to receive your items is to select express postage. Regular post will arrive safe and sound still, however it may take up to 10 days to arrive. 

Returns

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. If you believe you have received something faulty, please email us on info@moinsestplus.com.au and we can help you immediately.

Extended Christmas Returns

During the Christmas gifting period, any items purchased from November 20th 2021, are eligible for a 60 day refund period from date of receipt of items. 


For change of mind returns on bracelets and necklaces, our policy is you have 7 days to return the items to us at your own cost. Please email us on info@moinsestplus.com.au to obtain return address details and we can assist you further.
